Glorious Goodwood

We adopted a selective approach to Glorious Goodwood and focused on a select number of horses this year, rather than firing the scattergun.
We made a profit on four of the five days of the meeting;
Sir Dancelot got up in a tight finish at advised odds of 5/1 to win the Lennox Stakes on the opening day.
Lil Rockerfeller bolted up from the front under Silvestre De Sousa at 10/3 in the stayers handicap to win on day two.
On day three Communique won at 5/1 (advised) for Mark Johnston, having been backed into 7/2 at SP.
Our two bets both lost on day four but we regained the winning thread on Saturday when Gifted Master, advised at 14/1 (SP 20/1), won the Stewards' Cup for us under crack apprentice Jason Watson and put us in profit for the day and topped up our profit for the week.
