Join Me For Cheltenham!
11th March 2023
Last year was not a great Festival for the service as we backed 11 seconds and has some bizarre bad luck, with our horses bringing each other down and, in the case of Ginto, suffering a sad, fatal injury. Prior to last year, though, we'd enjoyed some fantastic Festivals and we made over 100 pts profit between 2018-2021 and averaged 10 winners each Festival during that period.
You can read the summaries about our two of our best Festivals in the news posts in the 2020 (11 winners and +40 pts profit) and 2021 (13 winners and +40 pts profit) news archives. All results are fully proofed of course.
As ever with gambling, there is no guarantee of success in future of course, and you are betting in competitive races against a field of horses who have been trained to peak for that day, but what I can promise you is that I will work my damned hardest to deliver profit for members during the week and I put in a huge amount of hours both before and during the Festival to try make it a good one for members. We begin building our ante post book months before Festival week.
We have had some truly awesome days at past Festivals - we almost went through the card on the Tuesday in 2018 when Summerville Boy, Footpad, Coo Star Sivola, Benie Des Dieux, Rathvinden and Mister Whitaker all won for us. The only runner we didn't back that day was Buveur D'air in the Champion Hurdle as he was odds on and we'd missed the ante post value.
That wasn't a one off either and in 2021 we did the same on the Wednesday and had Bob Olinger, Monkfish, Heaven Help Us, Put The Kettle On, Sky Pirate and Sir Gerhard all winning (we had the short priced ones on side in multiples). The only winner we didn't have that day was Tiger Roll in the Cross Country (we were on Easysland, who was second). Heaven Help us won at 33/1 and Sky Pirate at 14/1, so you can imagine the enormous returns NMP members were collecting off multiples that day :-)
We usually have a bet in most races during Festival week and like to have a mix of singles, multiples, bankers, outsiders and ante post value picks.
If you are interested in signing up please visit the sign up page for more membership details - please note if you join at this stage you will have, of course, missed some of the bigger ante post prices on certain picks. We'll be adding new bets to our portfolio next week, too, though.
